I have now completed my cataract surgery in both eyes with Dr. Moy and his excellent staff. From beginning to end the experience was nothing but 5 gold star. I fired my previous Dr. in Des Plaines so I have something to compare. Dr. Moy's office was organized and everyone pleasant to talk with. Everything was upbeat and a pleasant atmosphere. My primary is the one that recommended him. THANK YOU Doctor.

I've seen Dr. Moy for 3-4 years and I'm very satisfied with his care. He appears very knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough. Admittedly, his office is very busy (the sign of a strong business = happy customers), but I get moved along with different technicians performing the appropriate diagnostics so that the doctors has the required data for his analysis. All my eye care is completed in one office, so for a once a year investment I'm not bothered that it is a 50-90 minute experience.

Dr. Moy fit me in very quickly and was able to correct a problem I had been struggling with for years. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful

Dr. Moy is an excellent doctor, BUT I can no longer go to him. After using Dr Moy for 13 years my patience with his office staff is gone. Each time I go, the appointments take a minimum of 2 1/2 hours. The last couple of visits, I waited 45 minutes and 1 hour 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time just to begin the intake procedure. All the staff at the front desk are defensive and accusing me of not understanding how busy they are. I am middle age but looking around the waiting room, the overwhelming majority of patients are seniors. I am wondering if they are running a Medicare scam, asking patients to come back more often than necessary, charging for things they don’t receive or need. Try to call and complain. Good luck getting through to someone. The Ridge Optical staff are no better. They try and force you to buy their over priced glasses when all I wanted was a copy of my prescription. So adios Eye Specialists of Illinois.
