We met Dr Shah shortly after our daughter had a grand mal seizure out of the blue. Dr Shah is the most caring compassionate patient doctor we have ever met. He cares about our daughter as if she was his own. He explains everything to us. He answers all of our questions (and I often come prepared with a list!) and has never made us feel rushed. His offers treatment options and carefully explains the pros and cons of each, as well as weighing in with his expert opinion. Now that our daughter is older he speaks directly to her, which she appreciates. We actually look forward to our appointments with him.
He is the best doctor .
Over all anesthesia experience during the procedure was very good with this doctor.
My daughter came to see Dr. Shah for sever chronic migraines that started when she was 8 and they still continue as of today. She is now 18 and has had no relief from her sometimes daily migraines that can last for days and leave her totally incapacitated. DR. Shah's only recommendation was to take a series of antidepressants that either made her migraines worse or gave her other extreme side affects. She is now at an age where she can no longer see him and we are looking for another neurologist. I have mixed feelings of Dr. Shah. He is a nice Dr. but was ineffective in treating my daughter. He was also not available on off hours when my daughter was having a sever reaction to one of the medications that he prescribed and the Dr. on call would not treat her because she was not his patient. If you decide to go to him, make sure you know how to reach him on off hours in the event that you need to talk to him.
Dr. Shah is a great Pediatric Neurologist who cares. He has helped my children. He is knowlegeable in his field, puts the kids at ease, he welcomes parents to ask questions. He takes his time. His staff is professional and friendly. At a time when I had no insurance, his staff worked with me on a payment plan and never turned us away. I consider ourselves very fortunate to have found him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
