Zero stars!!!! Had to put a star to post. Absolutely horrible! Had an appt for 1:50pm. Showed up at 1:40. They lost my registration after I waited 20min. Re-registered and told I would be next in line. Waited another 45mins while 4 other patients were seen. I got up and walked out after over an hour without being seen. No apologies. The wait was minimum. The staff was warm and friendly and funny. My kid usually doesnt speak to the medical staff. But he said he liked them

I was not thoroughly checked out or tested. I was given a prescription for something that I “could” have and the prescription wasn’t even a common one to give for what I “could” have. Swabbed for strep and she didn’t do it right and had to call in another nurse, wasn’t tested for both streps, and wasn’t tested for covid. Found out the next day I had Covid NorthShore was thorough. I’ve had great past experiences here but they were not thorough this time and misdiagnosed me with a wrong prescription. I was not thoroughly checked out or tested. Very disappointed, staff was good but I never got my meds sent to the pharmacy. It's been two days and nothing so far.
