The service and quality of the care and Dr. Balamohan far exceeded my expectations! He went above and beyond. I was surprised to receive a phone call from him a few days after surgery just to check up on me and see how I was doing. Dr Balamohan is a very kind and very sincere person! I highly recommend him and this clinic. I feel like a new person and able to breathe perfectly again! Thank you Dr. Balamohan!!!

Doc B! I came in last min to see him for what I thought could be a sinus infection. He was so great for the entire duration of the visit. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Turns out I didn’t have a sinus infection and he provided me the next best steps if I continued to have any issues. I needed to follow up the following week due to symptoms and he took care of me again without hesitation. Doc B I cannot thank you enough for the great care! I would for sure recommend him to anyone!

This doctor’s #1 worry was payment. I had to prepay all office visits and I had to prepay for Life saving surgery. Since the doctor did not have enough experience, he had to have the more senior doctor with him in surgery so it cost me double than the original quote. I needed a follow up blood test to make sure the cancer was gone and both times I went to the clinic the doctor had not given the order for wasted trips I had to call another doctor to order the blood test. Thank God I called someone else because my numbers were way off again. The billing office is not helpful and the staff is rude. If you need medical CARE, the key word being CARE as in care about people, care for your patient’s needs, care about a fellow human being. Go somewhere else!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a mild case.I was having trouble breathing, doctor did a procedure on nose to open it up. A week after the procedure I went for another sleep apnea test and I passed no more sleep apnea. doctor does a wonderful job of explaining things. I love the clinic you get in quickly the staff is wonderful.

Had a bad experience with office visit. Registered my complain and got a call back from Doc. He was kind and gave me another visit on a priority. I like the follow up and empathy shown by doctor. I am seriously thinking about going for surgery with doctor Balamohan. This review is more for the doc office than doc himself. I have seen him few times. Doc is OK. This visit (triggered me writing feedback) was very bad. Waited more than 65 min in Busch parkway to see doc. Few patients who came after me got inside before me. After 65 min and no clear visibility.. I had to come out. I hope, they will not charge me for this visit.

Dr. Balamohan was an amazing doctor he did an amazing job on my nose. I can finally breath correctly thanks to him. Had one of the worst deviation in my nose he’s seen and he handled it with care and precision. Best doctor you can ask for.

Dr. Balamohan is the most kind-hearted and passionate doctor I've ever met. He is very knowledgeable well beyond his field and genuinely compassionate. From my initial meeting, surgery, and follow ups he made me feel comfortable during a time when no others had. A true gem.
