I'm surprise that such a good doctor ( Marecik) is surrounded by such unprofessional staff, trying for two months to schedule a colonoscopy no return calls, surgical coordinator's voicemail full. That's a shame

I had colon cancer surgery by Dr. Marecik! He is the best and most professional surgeon, the most caring doctor, and one of the nicest persons I have yet to meet!

I’m writing this review a month and a half post-procedure with Dr. Marecik and I’m happy to report it was a success and that I experienced no adverse effects. It was quick getting in to see him and quick getting to surgery. Dr. Maricek was kind, professional, and did excellent work. He knows his stuff. I highly recommend.

The best rectal and colon doctor in the country! I had a severe case of internal hemmeroihds and for 3months I endure horrifying pain and bleeding. I could not pass a bowel and I was at the brink of giving up on life! I tried everything including using a different doctor. His methods did not help me, instead they made things worse. Finally, after visiting Dr Maricek, he suggested that surgery would be the beat course going forward. During the surgery, the doctor found several polips in my colon which would have transitioned into cancer within a couple of years. Not only did the doctor cure me from a severe case of internal hemmeroihds (no more pain, no bleeding, normal bowel cycle) but he saved from having to go thru cancer therapy and saved my life!

Doktor Marecik jest profesjonalny i taktowny , pomimo mojego wstdu czulam sie komfortowo i zaopiekowana . Dziekuje bardzo Panu doktorowi i calemu zespolowi . Polecam z calego serca Pana doktora Marecika Dr. Marecik is professional and considerate, despite my shame I felt comfortable and cared for. Thank you very much to the doctor and the whole team. Dr. Marecik is simply the BEST! I can’t recommend him enough - He’s professional, caring, communicates well and is extraordinarily skilled. I suffered an obstetric fistula from my first baby back in 2017. After 2 failed surgeries with another doctor (in Denver) we moved back home to Chicago where I found Dr. Marecik. He fixed my recto-vaginal fistula and reconstructed what I thought I had lost forever. He literally gave me part of my life back. I then had enough confidence to get pregnant and have another baby! :) I’m forever grateful for him and his team - Thank you Dr. Marecik!
