The office is easy to get to and park. The staff is professional and helpful in answering any questions. The doctor was good about explaining the results of the procedure. The results were provided in printed form as well as being sent to my doctor. I like dealing with professionals who value my time. Dr Al-Rashdon and the other professionals at the Peoria Gastroenterology Institute have developed a good diagnostic process that is efficient but also caring. I highly recommend this group.

After waiting for 2 months, he spent 5 minutes with me during my follow-up doctor appointment from having an endoscopy. Recommended a muscle relaxer for my extreme fatigue, nausea, and gastritis. Then said he’ll see me again in six months. Don’t waste your time and money.

I am so pleased to have a doctor as kind and considerate as Dr Al Rashdan. He takes his time and converses with me like he is definitely happy to have me as a patient. He is so intelligent and is a great listener. I never feel rushed during my appointments. He has a wonderful office staff that treats his patients with respect and concern. Any time I have had questions and have called his office, the staff says they will talk to doctor and get back with me. They always reach me with an answer the same day. That doesn’t happen with many physicians. Your wait for an answer could take several days before a call back. I feel Dr. Al Rashdan is genuinely in his practice because he loves taking care of his patients. You don’t feel like you are just a number. I highly recommend this very competent doctor. He’s excellent, and I think a five star doctor!
