I felt that Dr. Mauer took his time to answer your questions including showing your the x rays taken and explaining in such a way that I as the patient could understand. Also prior to surgery he was very pleasant and had a calming effect. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Maurer did an excellent job with my full knee replacement surgery. I am now 10 months out from surgery & can do pretty much anything I want. He's AWESOME!!

Excellent care and follow up! I had a knee replacement and was informed on what to expect after the replacement, the Doctor took his time with me every visit, I felt like I was his only patient! The staff was professional and my wait time was brief. Thank you Doctor Mauer and associates for giving me quality and compassionate care!

I just recently had my right knee replaced by Dr Maurer and very pleased with thecare, time spent explaining process and overall concern in me as his patient. Another dr, a college of his, stepped up and got me in to see him 2 1/2 months earlier than original time. Recognised the need i was in and got me in and scheduled for replacement before my appointment to see him about my knee. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Maurer has been my doctor for over 10 years. He has done my knee replacements and last year did my husband's hip replacement. He was referred to me by a friend who does physical therapy and highly recommended him, I have not been disappointed. He takes time to explain what is happening regarding the problem, answers any questions and always feel he is listening. I have recommended him to several friends, who have also had procedures done by him and are highly satisfied. Great doctor!!

I have had both knees replaced by Dr Maurer. I would recommend him to anyone. He makes the complicated clear. He answers questions and spends time making sure you understand your options. My right knee was a regular replacement. My left knee was in trouble, another doctor had put it in and my device failed. By the time Dr. got to it, my fault, I had a mess. I had every confidence in him and he has more than lived up to that confidence.

I believe successful outcomes are actually as important to Dr. Maurer as they are to even the most demanding patient. This guy sets his bar high and hates to lose, which I suspect keeps his successful-outcome percentage among the best in the business. His interpersonal abilities and honest manner are a bonus. He has both the skill and will to communicate effectively with patients. His talent for translation of daunting technical information turns confusion into comfort. I know several other folks who either have hip replacements done by Dr. Maurer or family with such. And all share the highest opinion of his work.
