Dr. Soderstrom was rude and very condescending. I am a sun worshipper and was looking for a dermatologist in case any issues come up. I wasn't looking for judgement. I won't be going back!

I had an awful experience; previously, I have never had what I would describe as a bad or poor experience with a medical professional. I felt belittled, rushed, violated, awkward, and over-charged. After the doctor walked out of the room I was in tears. I then had to fork over more than $1,500.00. The nurse was fine, but there was another woman who came into the room. She was never introduced to me--neither her name, her title, nor her purpose for being in the room. After a very quick "full body scan" (he did NOT look at my whole body) he went to leave, and I had to stop him because I had numerous questions. I didn't even get to ask about all of the issues I came in for because he was rushing to leave and get on to his next unsuspecting patient. When I asked him about a spot on my face he laughed at me and pushed his monthly facial program. Uh, no thanks. The doctor then exited and said the unknown woman be taking care of shaving off the specimens for biopsy. I could go on...

Was very polite but kept to the point. Total time in the back including checkout was 22 minutes. That was with a removal procedure being completed.

I had an awful experience. This is my first time every having a bad experience with a doctor, or a healthcare professional generally. I felt like the doctor wasn't concerned about me at all. His "full body scan" left me feeling awkward and uncomfortable. There was a woman who entered the room and she wasn't even introduced--neither her name nor her purpose for being in the room. I wasn't able to get my questions asked let alone answered. I had to stop the doctor from leaving because he didn't even give me the opportunity to ask questions. Then when I started to ask some of my questions I was laughed at when I inquired about a spot on my face. He then pushed his monthly facial service. No thanks. I just want to feel respected and be given the time of day when I take time off of work to go see the doctor and am ultimately charged $1,500.00 for basically nothing. I will never return to this office and would not recommend anyone see Dr. Soderstrom.

Dr. Soderstrom and staff was very punctual. From the time I went to exam room to the time returning to lobby was 22 minutes. This was to include a procedure being completed.

Dr Soderstrom knew my daughter's exact diagnosis by taking a minute to look her outbreak over. Im pleased with the treatments given! The nursing staff is very nice, front desk ladies could take a few tips on customer service.

I was hesitant on going to a dermatologist for a medicine allergy but boy was I wrong. The dr spent so much time with me and listened to me. He was very thorough and determined to get everything figured out. I highly recommend Carl Soderstrom and his team, they are all great🙂
