Knoxville location also deserves 0 stars. I made an appointment ahead of time for a drug screening required for school. I arrived early for my appointment and walked into a room full of rightfully angry people, because they'd been waiting 3 hours to get a physical or urinalysis! Topped off by a rude reception desk who ignores you when you walk up, then yells at others. Go somewhere else if you can.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I came here to get pre-employment screening. Mind you the screening was set up for me by my employer who told me exactly what I needed and what would be scheduled. They did not understand what I needed when I got here so I had to contact my coordinator on my own and let them talk to her on my cell phone. When I tried to explain to them what I needed and had already had done they didn't believe me. They acted like I didn't get it and that I was wrong even though I clearly was correct. Then once it was cleared up I was punished by being made to sit in the waiting room for almost two hours. I had an appointment at 9am (mind you I was early by about ten minutes) and I was still waiting at 10:45.
