Awful! Horrible experience for my fiancee. Dr. Rashid caused more complications than fix anything. My fiancee is seeing a competent orthopedic surgeon in Algonquin to clean up the mess she made. Do not waste your time. I don't know how this doctor is employed. Scary!

I would give a zero if I could. Dr. Rashid completely messed up my fiancee's elbow. He has to have a second surgery by a competent Orthopedic Surgeon to completely revise the mess she made. My Fiancee tore his tricep muscle also from the same injury and Dr. Rashid was completely dismissive about it. She told him to just live with it. Now its been too long since his first surgery that his torn tricep will never be as good as it could have been if she would have done it right in the first place. Absolutely awful. Do no recommend!

My daughter, a freshman this year at Bradley, fell and broke her wrist on ice. At my daughter's appointment, I have to assume that Rashid did not even look at the x-rays - she simply removed the splint from the emergency room, and with no manipulation, cast the wrist that was broken in two places. Since that time, I have seen the x-rays, and even to my untrained eye, it is VERY obvious that the bones are not aligned. Due to Covid-19, my daughter had to return home to Texas. When we went to what we thought was a routine follow-up appointment in Texas to have the cast removed, the doctor here was dismayed that Rashid had not said anything. Unless we opt later for surgery to re-break the wrist and place pins and a plate, my daughter will always have limited mobility in her wrist as well as significant disfigurement/deformity. What could have been a simple fix at the time has now become a HUGE ordeal.

This lady is a joke, she told me my finger could easily be fixed not only did she NOT fix it she destroyed my musical career and I ASIFXATED DUE TO HER INABILITY TO CHECK MY MEDICATIONS

Dr. Rashid was very professional and made you feel like you were her only patient. I would highly recommend her.

I made 2 visits to see Dr. Rashid to address a painful pinched nerve in my neck. She was unwilling to provide any sort of a solution for the pain that I was experiencing . She suggested tests that weren't relevant to my issue. The day of my second appointment, a Friday mind you, I was called at my work 3 times to reschedule my appointment to come in earlier in the day due to her cancellations. After adjusting my schedule to meet her request, I met with her only to find out that she suggests I go see a different Dr.

Did exactly what she said she would do, left almost no scar on the backside of my wrist and fused the Bones on my wrist and finger tip as she described. Awesome bedside manner! Very knowledgable!
