I had a doctor appointment that was scheduled for 3:45 pm, and when I arrived for my appointment, someone had changed it to 2:30 without my knowledge or consent. As a result, they stated my 2:30 appointment was a no show. Of course at this point, I am extremely humiliated and upset. They had to see if my doctor will still me, and she did. It is still bothering me on who and why they changed my appointment. I have proof on my phone that it was confirmed for 3:45pm. I asked to talk to a manager, but she never replied back to me as of today's date. I have never been so embarrassed about a doctor's appointment like this in my life. I don't want to go back there again. Poor service.

Doctor Sparrows and his staff has been top notch since I got lucky enuf to get hooked up with him, I have weird issues, and he has helped me tremendously, and I do have weird issues , I appreciate all him and all their facility has done for me, I'd recommend anyone to them, period , the staff has been wonderful,

I highly recommend Dr. Raji Jacob. She is very thorough & explained every test result to me along with necessary medication adjustments as my results have improved from previous tests. The staff was friendly & efficient.
