Tracy A. Bochantin's Online Review Report Card

Tracy is wonderful. She is very proactive in figuring things out and very caring. I was having a non ob related issue for over a year that other doctors never addressed or really seemed to care about and she is the one that wanted to get down to the bottom of things for me. The whole staff including barb are great too.

My OBGYN is retiring soon. My primary referred me to Bochantin. I called to set up my first visit and to transfer files, but the office manager refused (and was very rude about it) because I don't have traditional insurance. My husband tried to call and explain that we have health share thru Samaritan Ministries, a six figure income, an 811 credit score and even offered to pay in advance of service. I only need regular checkups. She refused to speak with him directly. Rather having another office worker say that she relayed what he said and her answer was still no. Disrespectful and Pathetic.

These are the rudest, most arrogant and unprofessional staff I've ever had the displeasure of encountering in the area, and that's saying a LOT. You don't just hang up on people! I hope your rich clientele wake up to how awful your staff are and this practice gets shut down!No one deserves to be spoken down to and treated like garbage because they can't get enough work to afford private insurance right now, but when I do get it back, you can bet I won't even consider this worthless waste and sorry excuse for a practice! I'd rather bleed to death than ever deal with these people in any capacity.

I went to Dr Bochantin for almost 15 years. She delivered my twins c-section & hugged me as they did the epidural. She also did my hysterectomy. She is an amazing woman/Dr. Unfortunately, due to insurance issues, I can no longer go to her. Love & miss her!!

She delivered 2 of my babies...our 4th and last was born in September 2018, he was added to insurance within 30 days of being born, and they refused to adjust our circumcision bill, sent us to collections, we asked them to adjust and show our insurance payment and refused....then sent us to a law firm and our $565 bill turned into $1400, because we have to pay their lawyer fees. At this point we’re working with a lawyer to fight it, which I know will cost us even more.... I have never in my life dealt with such a poorly run doctors office.

Office staff was highly rude after finding out my insurance (secondary) was medicaid.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Bochantin and her entire staff. I would shout it from the rooftops that I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. I wish everyone had the care, both medically and personally, that I had with this office. Dr. Bochantin made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. Every single encounter I've had with Stephanie at the front desk has been positive and welcoming. I'm 4 months PP and even still, I call and ask questions for the nurse and Stephanie, who takes the calls initially, is such a pleasant voice on the other end during a time of unknown. Leesa, the sono tech, had us laughing and happy with each visit. Her level of expertise is unprecedented. I'm so, so thankful Dr. Bochantin was recommended to me because it definitely shaped and positively impacted my experience with my pregnancy and gynecology needs. If you're looking for an OB/Gynecologist, call early because she books up fast for good reason.

Always get the best care and they even remember personal details about me. She's very knowledgeable about pregnancy and answers any questions I have. I absolutely love being a patient here.

Dr Bochantin is absolutely the best. Dr’s don’t come any sweeter and more caring than Dr Bochantin. She delivered all 3 of my babies, and did my hysterectomy. I moved away to Iowa and miss her!

Poor customer service i called them two time they don't wanna talk, did not listen just hanged up on me
