Amazing facility, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. All the trainers there are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is definitely worth the drive.

From the first phone call to set up my PT to being discharged today was just a great experience. Holly at the front desk was so helpful and always greets you with a smile. Steve and Cassie were my physical therapists. They’re both knowledgeable and patient. They listened to my complaints and came up with a plan that has me pain free and feeling great!! You can’t go wrong with Athletico North in Plainfield. I highly recommend using them.

Oh my goodness! What can I say? Does anyone feel SAD to STOP physical therapy? There is something so very special about a place that not only heals, strengthens, and challenges you… But is simultaneously kind, welcoming, and full of good energy. Holly is a gem who befriended my 4-year old who couldn’t WAIT to go to mom’s physical therapy sessions every week. Khush has an incredible memory, listens, is personable, and is determined to help you strengthen and improve… And Jean is such a kind soul who helps around the facility. Even the others physical therapists I didn’t even work with directly were kind, conversational, and personable! I can assure you, if you’re looking for a place for physical therapy… A place where you feel comfortable and welcome… where you feel KNOWN, SEEN, and HEARD… Check out Athletico Plainfield North! Cassie my Physical therapist for most of my sessions at the Plainfield North location was terrific. Cassie was very knowledgeable and caring when dealing with my back issues. My 9 year old son got referred to Steven for little league elbow symptoms. Steven was excellent! He did a very thorough evaluation and developed a program that helped alleviate my son’s pain. He also evaluated my son’s pitching form and gave us a program to help prevent further issues. Steven works great with kids. He is very friendly and personable. The facility was very clean and the office staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We had some insurance issues and the staff was very helpful and patient while we worked to get those resolved. Overall our experience with Steven and Athletico was excellent! I wouldn’t hesistate to return or refer them should the need arise!

I highly recommend the Plainfield North location. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Steve is a wonderful therapist that takes time to understand your needs and develops a great plan for treatment. He cares about his patients like they are family and goes beyond what physical therapists typically do. Steve helped me with a tear in my ankle and helped my son after elbow surgery. I cannot say enough kind things about Steve and his staff.

I have never had a good experience at a physical therapy place before this one. It made me look forward to going and getting treatment. No matter how much pain I was in when I walked through the doors I felt substantially better when I walked out. Thanks to Steve and everyone else in the facility I am on track to be able to play college baseball this season. I could not be more grateful for everything they have done for me!
