Was greeted by a super friendly MA Trish who took X-rays and obtained my history. She patiently listened to my symptoms and my past horrible experience with a different podiatrist (mainly his nurse) and how I was giving up on finding someone to fix my toe and who would go to bat for me with obtaining precertification with my Insurance. Dr Bailey spent a generous amount of time listening to me explain my concerns and did a thorough examination on both my feet including weight bearing and non weight bearing. We came up with a game plan that he and I both think will help alleviate my pain. I trust Dr Bailey and his expertise. Looking forward to surgery with him.

They wanted to take a photocopy of my military ID for insurance purposes and I explained to them it is against federal law. The front staff openly admitted that they do it all the time. I handed my ID over so they can write down any information they needed but not make a photocopy. They insisted they needed to make a copy regardless of that action being against the law (Title 18, US Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701) so they refused to see me. I gladly left because any establishment that is willing to violate a federal law is questionable. Who knows what other laws they're willing to violate.

My daughter had a foot reconstructive surgery with Dr. Bailey and thanks to him my daughter's life changed for good. He's not only the best Doctor, he's also a wonderful person who cares about his patients.

Doctor Bayley is the best in the Plainfield and Chicago area. He is kind, respectful and truly cares about his patients. I recently had foot surgery, and he did an amazing job. Thank you doctor Bayley!

Dr. Bailey is absolutely wonderful. He has awesome bedside manner. He never rushes through you visit. He takes times to answer all your questions thoroughly. I put off having my surgery for 2 years because I was not at ease with the previous doctor and was a little nervous. After my first visit with Dr. Bailey I immediately knew I could trust him as a professional and he conveyed a sense of genuine concern. I had my procedure on my 2nd visit and my recovery has been amazing. My feet feel great!
