The whole process of scheduling a surgery was very smoothly. - From labs/test scheduling to check in to prep op room to anethesia and then to Recovery room. ( I dont know what happened at the surgical room) :DSpecial shoutout to 3 RN's: Laura @ Prep room, Sarah @ Recovery I, and Melissa @ Recovery II. Common things among them was the explanantions of procedure, what they were doing to me, clarified my questions and most important the clear and straight forward communication among them. Everything went well.Not to mention, how beautiful, classy, and clean the hospital was.Im very satified with it all.

I recently had to take my 4 year old son in for a x-ray and to have blood drawn. COVID has made my son very fearful of going to doctors offices after so many COVID tests. But, my experience at Edward-Elmhurst in Plainfield has been great. The nurse drawing the blood was so quick and she was drawing blood before my son even knew there was a needle in his arm. The technician for the x-ray was great at showing him what was going to happen and calmed my nervous little guy down. Great experience and it has given my little guy a boost of pride.

Outpatient registration in a hospital and you have only 1 person working. What a joke. I was 20 mins early for my appointment and your registration department made me 10 mins late for my actual scheduled appointment time. Get your stuff together. Makes me want to drive the extra 25 mins to your Naperville location just to get in and out

Tina was very informative and made me feel at ease. She explained how the whole process would work and what I could expect. I can’t remember the muse’s name but she was also very calming and positive.

I love this place. Came here for php and 10/10 enjoy the staff and the program was very helpful. Was able to get some use out of it and inspired me to wanting to further my education as a Bha because of this program. Overall just loved going here and learning everything it made everything nice and helped with treatment:) Actually enjoyed it and didnt want to leave, definetley a safe place
