Can not confirm pregnancy or not. Will not read my results been waiting days still no answer You go in for a visit you pay a copayment (obviously) once you get back your blood work test results they schedule you for another phone appointment & make you pay another copayment? all this place does it charge up your insurance and rack up the money. Never in my life have I been to a doctor’s office the charges you a copayment to read you your blood work results. Dr. Farah Turk doesn’t even come and see you. She still comes and looks at you through FaceTime Covid is over this place is BAD CARE! 2nd visit for blood work & ear infection waited 8hrs she never sent the prescription over to Walgreens came in for a 9 AM visit should not have to wait eight hours for her to not even sign off on the prescription let alone wait for a Walgreens to fill it and then again the office staff is ignorant. It’s not their fault that Dr. Turk does not care about her patience. It’s really bad care. Cozy office rude staff but you don’t see the doctor one on one. You speak with nurses and get a FaceTime call with DR. Turk she sets up phone calls for a doctor visit and has student nurses call you who know nothing about your file. & just read off lab results. They don’t have the supplements on file they gave me the last visit. They knew nothing about why I came there in the 1st place. Do not recommend. They never call you either you have to call the office. Finally receive a call back and there was no help what so ever. Literally told to read the back of the bottle. What’s the point of a doctors visit when I can do research and answer the questions myself. Where are all the positive reviews coming from stating how compassionate and caring this office is they do not care one bit no recommendations on certain vitamins pills. Nothing just quite phone calls. They don’t even know the supplement or what it is that Office provided me…

Dr. Turk is an amazing doctor. She is so compassionate and caring. I’ve been battling with weight issues for the past couple years. I have lost a lot of weight under her care. 25 pounds away from my goal. Thanks for saving my life.

Dr Turk has been my doctor for approximately 5 years now and I have never felt more taken care of by any other doctor since I started seeing Dr Turk! From check in to check out the process is seamless. Little to no time spent waiting. When I’m sick they always squeeze me in. The lab is on the premises which means I don’t have to go to another place to have blood drawn and also the girl that draws blood is excellent! I’ve never been stuck twice there and my veins aren’t the greatest 🤷🏼♀️ I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Family health center of Plainfield. I sent my daughter and husband to Dr Turk because she is the best and I trust her with my, and my families healthcare! Go get your physical there, you’ll love Dr Turk and her excellent team!

I’ve been a client of Dr. Turk now for over seven years. He let me just put it this way. I left something in the office and the doctor actually came running out to my car to make sure that I didn’t leave without it and it wasn’t a medical thing, or a life or death item. It was simply a painting that my was for my daughter that I left in her office after my visit with her. And you’ll find people like that he safe and somebody took that extra step for me. It really solidified the type of person I feel that Dr. Turk is. So give her a chance I think that you will have an overall great experience with Dr. Turk as a medical practitioners.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Turk at his Plainfield office, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Dr. Turk is a skilled and compassionate physician who takes the time to listen to his patients and really understand their needs. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The office was clean and organized, creating a calming and comfortable atmosphere for my visit. Dr. Turk was patient, thorough, and empathetic, explaining everything in a clear and concise manner that put me at ease. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Turk, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and competent physician in Plainfield.
