I have been with Dr. Grobe for 25+ years. He’s been excellent and consistent….until the past year or so. Now I can’t get a call returned, a MyChart message read or a prescription refilled. There is no acknowledgement of the patient as a valued customer or a person with actual needs. I have no choice but to go elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr? Grobe since the late eighties. He is a very thorough and caring about all his patients. He spends ample time with his patients to go over test results and makes sure his patients understand the diagnosis and the options available to remedy the situation. He will reschedule at the drop of a hat. i have been rescheduled twice and just hours before my appointment. there is no care or concern for the patient just their schedule and your ability to pay. his staff is extremely rude to patience. i took my reschedule but will hopefully find a dr's group that has consideration for the patience.

Attentive, knowledgeable, careful, observant and informative. He caught my prostate cancer at my age 61 very early and as a result it was cleared up. I’m now almost 75 with absolutely no signs of remission. Excellent family physician.
