Great doctor
Compassion $ care are Dr. Keller's manner. She doesn't rush, truly listens.
Horrible. My psychiatrist what I’m vacation her name was Jenny. I was left with someone who didn’t know me to change medicines and they just said just take some more. I kept begging them saying it didn’t work and today Dr. Keller and or Jenny Ordered me the same drug I said doesn’t work. Jenny also falsified I had a fallen in my medical chart. This is untrue and I have never fallen. I had bad surgery and was recovering for a while. They never asked how I was. Michelle Rouche used to work here and changed my life. Besides Jenny never calling me back she cancelled at 7:58 today when our appointment was at leav me with no meds. We BEGGED Dr. Keller to take our call since 8 am this morning. Mallory said she had appointments she had to be on time to. I feel Their receptionist Susan implied I was suicidal because I said I was at the end of my rope of not getting a medicine I needed as refused to change to a medicine i kept saying doesnt works. Then she and should come be in inpatient. Never asked how I feel or how they could help or how they could get me in soon. It’s 3:05 still no call back and it refuses to let me reply to them in my chart. RUN from this place. Do not go here. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy treated the way they treated me during the hardest time of my life.
I arrived at 2:30 and she was walking out as I walked in. Never got seen , no phone call.
To answer your question about her not seeing your son it's because she is working giving injections only now I know this because she is my Haldol injection waitress. Yes her picture probably sparked a fire in you. I'm sure she was allowed to choose a former image of herself that we as consumers get confused and their response to you was dainty. I have rated them one star ⭐
Irresponsible Dr. ! My son has been trying to get Dr Keller to refill his Rx's that he was put on months ago while he was a patient at Linden Oaks. Our pharmacy tried getting the medications approved with no success and recommended that he call the Dr himself. We left 2 messages for Dr Keller on two separate occasions and have not heard back. Extremely unprofessional & dangerous for her patients who rely on their medication.
I saw Dr. Keller when I was at Linden Oaks outpatient and she was my saving grace. I was struggling a lot with my PTSD and though I wanted to go home that evening, she had me sent inpatient and it was at that moment that my life changed for the better. I didn’t see it in the moment or the months to come but looking back I do. As a doctor she truly cares about your mental health. Thank you!
She really takes the time you need with her. Wonderful!
The best. Great rapport with patient.
This clinician is unethical.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
