There are not enough characters to explain how wonderful Dr G and his staff are. I have been a patient over 15 years, my son, and many other friends and family that I have referred. This team lead by an amazing Doctor actually care about you and your family, you are never a number or just another visit check. I have seen first hand as a nurse what has happened over the last 20 years, but Dr Giacomi has never changed in how much he cares about his patients. I will trust him with my life and my sons until the day he retires.

Dr. Giacomi is the best Doctor we have ever had!!! He saved my husbands life by finding something going on with his heart. He found it on our very first visit to him, and then, a quadruple bypass and 3 years later my husband is living his best life and feeling great!!! Thank you Dr. Giacomi!!! We recommend him 100%!!!

I made an appointment to see this Dr over a month ago. He is listed as my primary care physician with my insurance provider. Today, TWO days before my appointment, I receive a message saying they are not accepting new patients, and maybe try back in a few months. The result is that I effectively have been paying for insurance all year which I cannot use. This appointment was concerning high blood pressure issues, so a few month and a maybe are useless to me. I will be saving all of my documentation so my family will know who to sue if something happens to me. If you have health concerns - run don't walk to any other practice you can find. I guess if they honor their appointments, that is more than is reasonable to ask.

Dr. Giacomi has great bedside manner. He makes you feel like you two have been buddies for years. He really listens and is always speaks honestly. Both my husband and I have never felt like a number or random patient there. I have been a regular patient of his for years and wouldn't have it any other way.

I am currently in the process of moving to Plainfield community and looking for a great family doctor and came across Dr.Mark family practice and caught my eye. I read everything on their website and seemed like the perfect but I was wrong. I called super excited to make an appointment for a new patient exam and very rudely Hannah on the phone just straight said “we do not take new patients. Our practice is to booked.” I work in the medical field and never in a million years we would ever say that to anyone! I would of completely understood if they would have at least offered me an appointment months out but no just said we don’t take new patients. In that case the website should say WE DO NOT TAKE NEW PATIENTS and would not have waisted my time reading every detail.

Giacomi has been my PCP since I was 16 and at 26 I wish I had insurance to keep him . A straight forward man who listens to his patients. Never judgemental no matter what the issue. Only, I recently ran into a problem with my medication. The receptionist was kind but the way she was asking me questions was as if she was fishing for a lie. 10years and I have my first medication issue only to feel as if shes assuming I'm a junkie lying for more. First and only issue, however like I said she is and always has been kind. Just slightly frustrating when I need my prescription, not an interrogatio .
