The front office is a joke. They lied about contacting our insurance provider after they told us our coverage was inactive. After I contacted BSBC and was informed that our coverage was active by their agent, we called Immediate Care together. Despite the rep telling them that our coverage was active, they still refused to help unless we paid out of pocket. Incompetent isn’t a strong enough word to use to describe them. It was very good the staff was amazing!! I was a walk in and they the care and compassion I received was a nice change from the emergency room. They addressed all of my needs.

I brought my 8 year old son in for a cut to his head. The staff there were excellent with him. They were calming, playful and so supportive of him. I couldn't have asked for better people to help us during a scary time.
