Clean facility, there was no wait…. Everyone was caring and professional.
Waited 45 minutes, got triaged, waited another 20mins. Guy that treated me spoke as fast as he possibly could and gave a different name than what's on my paperwork but hard to tell because he spoke so fast. Ended his last sentence and yanked the door open to leave and slammed it shut. They seemed irate that I was even there. Maybe close your office if you don't want patients.
I recently went into the E.R. on Monday. I had been there once before with my son in January and ALL staff there were WONDERFUL so when it was my turn and went there instead of anywhere else. I was quickly taken to a room by front desk staff/Nurse and nurse Majel came in right away to document symptoms etc. I went to use the bathroom by the time I came back PA Swing was waiting for me. PA Swing and Dr. Miller were so friendly.PA Swing came several times to keep me updated on tests ordered or informing me the results. Nurse Majel keep me informed as well what tests I would be taken too. Nurse Judy was wonderful and walked me to another bathroom when she saw standing and waiting for it to become unoccupied .I had a CT scan, Cynthia might have been her name and her team member. They were GREAT! Cynthia asked me if I was okay. I replied no as I was starting to feel an anxiety attack coming on. Her team member came out and held my arm/hand during the initial process. Front desk staff/Nurse walked my mom to my room when she unexpectable arrived what can I say the Doctors/Nurse and staff were AMAZING!!!!!!!!
I would like to give no star , they do not care about patient, If I am calling you ahead of time that I am on my way will be there but might be 15 mins late .. can’t you just keep the appointment. They rudely state we have 10 mins policy … ok you have policy if we are late bit you don’t have policy when nurse and doctor are late . I keep on waiting on doctor or nurses to see me like 45 minutes alone in the room when I came for appointment what about that time ?? What about the policy then ??Even I requested if anytime this week you have appointment they say you have to wait 3 months for the next appointment… Hello I just gone through something my body , messed up my period, messed up my health and you are telling me to wait for 3 months ???Is that is what suppose to say when someone needs a doctor.. a good clap for them .
When the ER doctor entered my room, he looked at the nurses, said “it’s nice out, I didn’t want to come into today.” Then he introduced himself to me. I know the last few years have been brutal on those working in hospitals, I get that. But to walk into a patient room and say “I don’t want to be here” before greeting the patient, who is alone and in an emergency state? Then someone else interrupted my intake to ask me about finances - before any tests were run, before really any care was administered. Again, I know it’s a business… but is that really the time to come in and talk to a patient (who’s alone) about money???So disappointed in whatever shift Edward has taken that seems to be putting the well-being of their patients lower and lower on their list of priorities.
Fast service, took great care of my son!
Everyone I came in contact with preformed professionally and with my best interests in mind. I could not have asked for better care.
Worried parents beware!! This "medical center" is horrible! We went in at 5am on Sunday morning. It was empty - we waited/looked around 5+ minutes before calling the ER dept from their lobby for assistance. The security guard was sound asleep. The ER doctor spent 3 minutes with my 7 year old daughter and sent her home with nothing to soothe her harsh cough or any diagnosis. My child's seasonal allergies were the problem. Your ER has a f!@$#% g doctor who is too stupid and/or careless to diagnose post-nasal drip.Waste of time and money ($250 co-payment).Unless I can't commandeer the ambulance I'm riding in...never again.
I was treated with respect and kindness. The ER doctor and the nurses were awesome. Thank you
Doctor, and entire staff were great and we were out of Er in less then 2 hours

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
