Office does not return calls, they cannot do electronic prescriptions tried to bill me for a telehealth appointment when I called regarding a prescription they were out of and had just had an appointment the week prior. Does not appear that she wants to do family health….seems like she is more in to med-spa type services and weight loss. I would NOT recommend going to her for family health.

Love Dr Rogers!! She is very knowledgeable in everything! She continues to amaze me! Great bedside manner very thorough! The staff in the office are very kind just a great place to go for my medical and med spa needs! I would definitely recommend Dr Rogers she is a true gem!

She is the worst doctor! I never had a doctor who cared more about making money than caring for her patients. She wants you to make several appointments just to go over blood test results instead of over a quick phone call. And almost every appointment I have to wait an hour in the waiting room.

You can expect friendly service when you are there, but don't expect any call backs, support of any kind, or anything once you walk out the door - after of course paying your bill and buying their products. Their weight loss products made me very sick, as in vomiting sick. The receptionist said, "Yeah that happens sometimes." I asked for a call back from an actual doctor...It's July and I've still not received 1 return phone call. Oh, and they won't take back the not opened, brand new box of product that they insisted I purchase that day, they pressure you to buy 2 sets, which I did. It felt scammy when I was there and not at all "holistic." However, they will however contact you (by mail only) to recover any money your insurance doesn't cover. I'd never go here again and suggest you find a different provider who doesn't pressure you to purchase their product and actually supports your health after you leave.

Few issues- ignoring my HIPAA wishes, pushing expensive vitamins every visit, etc. WORST ONE: went in with ultrasound images showing I was full of gall stones. She drew blood work, told me she wanted another ultrasound, and to find a surgeon. Per my insurance, I needed a referral. She wrote "general surgeon" on a script pad. Refused to give me a name, told me it was up to me to find. Followed up the next week, told her where my pain was and how it was getting worse She pushed on it, then asked if I was sure I had gall stones (forgot she was provided images), then told me to find a surgeon on my own (again). I told her I was having a hard time, and my insurance said she needed to refer someone specific and she refused. Pushed where my pain was one more time, and informed me she was going on vacation for 2 weeks, leaving that next day... The next day I was rushed to the hospital with a fever of 104 and needed an emergency gall bladder removal because I was on the verge of rupturing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE This was our family doctor but not anymore!!! My mom has a cancer scare and instead of helping her look for a doctor to look at her breast the office sent my mom home crying because she now had to look for a breast doctor by herself not even the worst part later the office had the nerve and call her asking for the doctor she found so they could give it to their other patients even though they would NOT HELP MY MOM FIND ONE!!! This is only the start of our TERRIBLE experience with this "doctors" office they have turned me away with hives all over my body which led to me spending a WEEK in the hospital and yesterday I waited a whole hour after my scheduled appointment for her to see my for 5 MINUTES! lastly my dad had a scheduled appointment today at 8:15 and when we called to schedule this appointment the doctor stressed how important it is to be on time only to then tell my dad she does not have time for him today and told him to go home!! how is this

It seems as if she is more concerned with getting patients to purchase her high priced vitamins than she is actually taking care of them. Every appt for the last several months has felt like visiting a GNC with no real answers for the severe medical issues I have. When I say I can’t afford an $80 bottle of vitamins she stops listening and heads for the door. I will not be returning. Her staff has also changed dramatically. They used to be friendly and helpful now they barely speak.

I love Dr. Roger's proffesionalism and knowledge. Her staff is always helpful and they always squeeze me in when I need to be seen. I love that they always call me back with results.

Dr Pecherek . They use up all the allowed visits for consultation that could be done with a phone call. Never asked for family history. Sloppy record keeping. Lost test results.. sent script to wrong pharmacy after we discussed where to send it. Then argued when I called and said the pharmacy didn't get it. Then the script was supposed to be for 90 days. They sent it for 30 costing me more money. And it has only a partial refill. Think I'll find another doctor

Great Doc! Took time with me to explain everything that is going on, very knowledgeable as well as a very nice staff. Will continue to see her.
