Cora was the perfect Physical Therapy for my shoulder surgery recovery. The appointment times were flexible, they let me work T my own pace with continuous support and motivation towards our shared goal. Highly recommend!

After suffering with painful headaches daily when awakening in the morning Kathleen knew just what I needed to ease the pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. After so much pain and misery you think that there is no relief but thanks to Kathleen I don't go to sleep anticipating and dreading waking up in pain.

Just finished 3 months of therapy, for a total knee replacement, I had 3 different therapists, mainly Kathleen with Karen and Lori, all three went at my knee from a little different angle, and it worked. My surgeon said he was surprised at my range of motion considering the shape my knee was in before surgery. I can’t say enough good things about Poplar Grove Physical Therapy everyone, from the therapist and receptionists to the other patients. If I ever need therapy again I will call them first.

I've spent years dealing with a hip that sometimes, wouldn't let me walk. I play roller derby and have for 12 years and I work a job where I am on my feet for 10 hours a day. There were times where I could barely skate and my hip was causing issues in my game play. Since starting PT, I haven't had any issues walking and my skating is better. I couldn't be more thankful!
