Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Each time I've gone here, I've been very pleased with my results. My current therapist, Terrance, is amazing and I highly recommend him. I am going to him for the tightness in my hip and my husband is going for back issues. I haven't felt this good in a long time! I'm feeling more limber and fit everyday and the pain in my hip is lessening. My husband has worn a back brace and had chiropractic care. It wasn't until he came here that he got relief.

The amount they bill for the service here is too high. I have taken the therapy for my back pain and each class they have billed more than 250 dollars . When they have given the initial estimates they said around 180 dollars but for each each session it cost 80 dollars more what they told initially. So please think about your financial situation before you go here.

Terrance and the whole staff at Athletico Prospect Heights are awesome. They are very sincere in their desire to help you feel better. They’re knowledgeable but still down to earth and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them.

After a shoulder labrum surgery I worked with Terrence for a couple months to rehab my shoulder. Terrence is a phenomenal instructor, and thanks to him I regained the strength and functionality in my shoulder and I feel great. 10/10 -Matt

Terrence Justiniani manages a highly professional and competent team. Therapists Kristen & Neil are knowledgable, personable, and effective. I trust these specialists with my care. I can’t say enough good things about this branch of Athletico! From the first phone call to my last PT session, the whole Prospect Heights staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. Terrence is a wealth of knowledge and compassion when it came to helping with back pain during my postpartum recovery. Each session, I was greeted with smiling faces (even with masks on) and was made to feel very comfortable. The aides and other staff were also very friendly and helpful. I actually looked forward to my PT days and to be part of this little family for a few weeks. If you need PT for any reason, you couldn’t find a better place to go!

Both the therapists at this location- Terrence and Neil are amazing. They know exactly what they’re doing and have helped me a lot with my injuries over the last year. My back and ankle were in pretty bad shape and it is such a relief to not have to deal with it anymore. I am really grateful. The staff is also super friendly, so that’s a bonus 😊

Terrence and team were amazing. The doctor told me it would be months until I had use of my shoulder again and within a few sessions, I was noticing significant improvement. I can’t speak highly enough of them, they are great.

I’m incredibly thankful for the care I received at this location. Terrence and the entire staff are amazing caring and knowledgeable. After 6-7 weeks of PT I left feeling so much better and had a comprehensive at home plan which is allowing me to continue my progress and gain more mobility. I would highly recommend this location.
