My son and I love this clinic! The staff is very warm and inviting! You can walk in without an appointment and they still get you in and out fast. I appreciate that because that can be a problem at places that accept walk ins. The nurse and doctor made my son feel conformable. They were gentle and kind and when we left he asked when are we coming back!

Each time I have visited this location in Pulman it’s been a great experience Both of my children have autism and the staff even clerk is always nice and professional. It is clean and I’m not sitting for 8 hours like in an emergency room.

I went for a bladder infection and told them my allergies and they send over a prescription I’m allergic to. The pharmacy called they are not calling back. Mind you they seen blood in my urine but I still had to wait for an antibiotic. Then finally sends one I’m allergic to. Then to top it all of I need an antibiotic cream they never even sent any prescription at all. I’m call my insurance to make sure they know I was not treated and now I have to go to another doctor for the same thing. I don’t recommend coming unless you just got a cold.
