Recently, after some tests I had indicated 2 blockages that could only be dealt with through bypass surgery, I was referred to Dr. John Arnold. The appointment with him was thorough and informative, and put me and my husband at ease about his knowledge, expertise and skill. The appointment lasted as long as we had questions, and he answered them all. Dr. Arnold also has a kind, relaxed bedside manner.I have since had double bypass surgery very successfully performed by Dr. Arnold. I left the hospital 74 hours after surgery, and am currently recovering at home.

My husband and I walked into Dr. Arnold’s office very worried and nervous. We were first met with the receptionist who was very kind and knowledgeable. She even assisted me with filling out my health care directive. Next we met with Andrea Leone, the Cardiac Nurse Practicioner. She was so kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She went over the things I’ll be doing and going through for my upcoming triple bypass surgery. Finally, we met with Dr. Arnold. Immediately he put us at ease. He didn’t speak over us. It was like sitting down with an old friend talking about what will most likely be the scariest day of my life. He talked to us about the surgery and what to expect. By the time our visit was over, we were both much more at ease and felt very confident that Dr. Arnold is the person we want.That day I had an Echo, ultrasounds of my carotid artery and legs, blood tests, PFT and a chest X-ray. At each and every turn we were greeted with their name, what they were going to do and how long they’ve been in their particular job. It was a very positive experience and I will be happy to recommend them all!!

The doctor put me at ease immediately, explained what and how he would be doing the surgery. I was comfortable knowing what I had to face. For that l am truly grateful.

I cannot express my admiration for this doctor. He is a direct gift from god as far as I'm concerned. He has given me 17 years of a quality life. Upon completion of my heart procedure he made a statement that I in all probability would die of something else beside a heart problem. He was correct in that statement because of other health issues.

Not your regular Dr. He listens to you, gets to know the person you are. Sits down with you one on one and gives you all the time you need to thoroughly answer your questions. The most casting Dr I've met.
