William Payne's Online Review Report Card

Took my husband to visit this physician after a major surgery he performed months ago. He only sends his representatives to see the patient and not he himself. Disappointing communication by a "top doctor."

I went to his clinic for a consultation for knee pain. He was late and then barely spent 5 minutes with me and did not examine me.

Dr. Payne was outstanding.

I had spine surgery . I never saw him after the surgery even though my hospital stay was long and I has issues after the surgery . I asked the nurses and they said he doesn’t come up to the floor but just sends his residents.

I had a back injury it was really bad in lot of pain. Dr Payne took really good care of taken to explain all my options. I decided to get Back surgery.b surgery. He did such a great repairing my back. It was a long process of healing. Im well never be 100 percent he got me close as possible. I am able to sleep at night now. The man is my hero

He was very impersonal. I waved at him and he did not response, we were both wearing mask because of COVID. He stood at the door and never came over to me where I was on the examining table. His assistants were much more accommodating.

I agree he is not a friendly dr at all. Dint show concern or care don't exam you or ask u questions just peep his head in say u look good then leave the visit is over he act mentally. Once u make a appt use your insurance or pay that's all he looks for he getting paid he don't give a dam about his patient. He will surely pay he need to be fired. Give surgery dint see if everything healed just concerned about you showing up so he can get paid report him we need food caring doctors in the area

Is Dr. William Payne the doctor at Meadow Park Nursing Home?

My mother saw him in the last month; Waited 2 hours and he spent less than a minute with her. Bedside manor was horrible & he explained absolutely nothing. What a disgrace to the medical community.

My experience with Dr Payne was not one that shown any real concern. His level of compassion was zero. He had his interns come in and talk to me and then he would come in and spend less than 5 minutes talking about who he wanted to refer me to. Never once did I feel any concern about how I really felt. I feel he has no bedside manner or warmth. I kept going to him thinking he would get warmer once he got to know me and that never happened. I am not coming back.
