Dr Castaldi was kind, smart, and had a great personality. She was helpful and prescribed the proper medication. Dr. Castalia remembered me from a past visit. That's nice to be remembered.

She was very nice, patient and most importantly made sure my son was good prior to leaving. She wasn’t satisfied with his oxygen levels after receiving the first breathing treatment so requested another one- this meant a lot. There was no sense of urgency for me to leave and made Sure she prescribed everything we needed for home. The nurses that also assisted were incredibly kind!

My visit to The River Forest Immediate Care Center was a very pleasant experience. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 40 years and have witnessed the unfortunate decline in personal touch. The care I received by Dr. Castaldi today exceeded my expectations! She was thorough and attentive and made me feel not only comfortable but very confident in the care she provided. The wait time was appropriate. The nurse was professional and friendly. The doctor was very open, friendly and professional. She didn’t rush me and we had a positive conversation about my symptoms. I believe the treatment she recommended to be exactly what I need for my sinus infection.
