After going through several doctors who neglected to truly listen as I struggled with many months of pain, it was Dr. Nugent who was able to finally provide me with the correct diagnosis within moments of meeting with him. His knowledge, skill, and care set me on the path to finally ease a suffering that I could see no end to. Together with the help of Keith's expertise in myofascial massage and apt advice and guidance, my quality of life has nearly returned in full. I am very grateful to have come to River Forest Health and Wellness and found so much relief. I now feel confidently armed with the education they provided to be able to help myself in the future. I fully reccomend their services!

The entire staff is the ultimate dream team!! I have been seen by many members of the staff over the years for a variety of issues. They treat you like family, spend time listening to your concerns, are all miracle workers in their own style! They are so knowledgeable and assist individual needs in a healthy and positive approach to recovery.

I go here for multiple services. Dr Bunker is fabulous. Keith is amazing. And Arica's acupuncture makes you feel new again. If in need of these types of services, this is your place

I had a great experience. My ribs had been causing my trouble, and we did some adjustments and cupping. I feel much better. My lungs no longer feel like they are being squeezed by my ribs.

Every time I work with a health practitioner here, I feel SO MUCH BETTER afterwards. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jim, Dr. Miguel, and Tom. I have had reoccurring neck and back pain that was eradicated on one occasion by Dr. Jim and the other with Dr. Miguel. Tom helped me address some significant tension in my shoulders that was causing a headache. I suffer from migraines and it could have turned into one, but it didn't. As someone in the medical field, I appreciate that these practitioners also have an impressive array of degrees and qualifications, which tells me they enjoy what they do. These lovely people go the extra mile!!
