Robbins Health Center-Cook County's Online Review Report Card

i’ve been to many many doctors in my lifetime, and this by far is the worst one from poor scheduling and wait times, incompetent front desk staff, dirty floors, walls and patient beds. open rusted metal was easily accessible for my 1 year old. and to think they give people shots in this filth? doctors have low quality care service, don’t seem to care much about patient health after all.

I been taking my children here since 2015 and the wait is always over 2 hours. They also do not schedule your childrens appointments back to back if you’re bringing multiple kids at once.

All I can say is TERRIBLE!!

My Mother goes here for care. The first issue I have had was with the doctor's bedside manner, but nonetheless; THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I have to call the nurse's line every time to get someone to get questions answered. Then once my mother got scheduled for a procedure after my aunt and I jumped through hoops to get her a closer appointment they didn't send the paperwork to get approval from the insurance. I called just now to verify my mother was vaccinated and nobody is answering probably because they close at 4pm. But honestly I have called first thing in the morning, afternoon all the time nobody answers that main number and that is sad.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ROCK NOT A STAR, I WAS STANDING AT THE FRONT DESK AND CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND LOOKED AT THE LADY (NOT ANSWER) THE PHONE REAL PATHETIC

I don’t know why they pay these people if they can’t even answer their phone. It’s a wish of mines now to call this raggedy care center and they EVER pick up.

Medical staff and security are pleasant for the most part, but the front desk staff are extremely rude with serious attitude issues. Never get through on the phones, always have to go to clinic.

Today my mother went to robbins Clinic she had an appointment with Simon J pillar she was explaining to him about a pain on her hand which she had an operation on and it was a failure she was saying that if there any other solutions. When he screamed at her and told her that she should get an other doctor this is not tje first time this has happend the whole staff have a terrible attitude. I also go to that clinic and its the same thing i feel that if you dont have a patient then dont be a health provider.

Don't answer there phone you have to call 10 times for some one to pick up

Extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff. Do not go here for your Covid-19 vaccine. Don't go here for anything if you can help it. They are not following the guidelines for scheduling of the 2nd dose at this facility.
