Dr Lane is an amazing doctor. Her expertise along with her impeccable bed side manner is what makes her stand out. She is gentle with children and makes them feel comfortable. I am glad we chose her.

Dr Lane is great, I would highly recommend her. The brookside office in general isn’t the most organized and it’s hard to get through on the phone. Dr Lane is amazing though.

After waiting on hold I was told I need a referral. (BTW each time was a 5 min or more hold wait.) I called and got the referral and then waited a day and tried again. They "didn't" get the referral. Ok, called primary again - they sent it again... Called a couple of hours later... Yes have the referral, but can be seen for at least 6 months! Seriously, couldn't they have told me that when I called the first time that I wouldn't be seen for 6 months?

How many Dr's would come to the ER to see a patient. She did this, was at OSF and came to Swedes ER to see and treat me. I was on Blood thinners and she stoped the bleeding. I would trust her with my health at any time.

Very impressed with Dr. Lane, her knowledge, bedside manner, explanations and finding the source of my problem. Had Bandai surgery by her yesterday and already very impressed. Highly recommend her!

Dr. Lane is very informative and kind. We don't feel rushed when we are with her. She did a tonsillectomy for my 16 yo daughter at the RASC and it was a fantastic experience. We are very glad we found her!
