My best friend has been going to this Dr. for years. This Xmas holidays season my friend caught a bad cold/flu. Coughing to the point she ended up breaking 2 ribs! Doc would not help her with antibiotics over the phone, even though it’s holiday & she had trouble breathing! No stars for this Doctor!!! Heartless

I question this doctors integrity she’s awful the entire practice is the worst medical experience in 44 years! She couldn’t treat a simple cough! There’s no dignity or integrity or humanity at all!!!

My mother is dying because of her negligence, over medicating, and WRONG medication. Please if you are a patiënt of hers leave now before this happens to you. We are living a nightmare now because of this so called Doctor.

I've been going to Dr Bucha since she started at Woodside and have always loved her because she is very thorough and caring. She has lots of patients now, and is much harder to get in to see, but I can deal with that as they are good about working you in. Not sure about her nursing staff - they used to be outstanding, but the newer staff really lacks in energy levels, appearance, passion for their job or patients. No zip in their step ! What happened ?

I recently moved to Rockford from Florida and was looking for a doctor who would see me right away. She is the nicest soul that I have ever came across. Seriously listens to you. She has a very heavy accent but will work with you and won’t let you leave her office until everything is clearly understood by you.
