List of Kendra Hall's Reviews
THE BEST !! Equal parts Knolwedge and Care and concern.
I love Dr.Hall, but her nurse Megan is horrible never passes the message to Dr.Hall and always has a rude tone. I don't know why she still works there. She never wants to help patients.
I have been seeing her for about 3 years. She won't see your kids when they are sick with any symptoms because of the pandemic but when I did see her specifically she did not wear a mask. No phone apts at least and not helpful on the phone. They just tell you to go to immediate care or emergency room. Cancelled on me at last minute on the day of the apt 4 times and scheduled for a month later. Goes through the role and speeds through the visit without much care. Switching to a different pediatrician that will at least do a phone consultation or see him in a car. So if your kid is sick don't go here and I am not one to leave a review but enough is enough.
I absolutely love Dr. Hall! She takes her time, listens and explains. I take my two children to here and would highly recommend her to any person looking for a pediatrician. I love that she has her NP to help too as it was getting harder to get a same day appointment for illness visits. It is the price of seeking an excellent and highly sought after physician.
Dr. Hall is incredible with my 3yr old daughter. We have had Dr. Hall since she was born and every visit is incredible. She takes the time to show my daughter all of her instruments and talks to her in a loving, caring way that makes her comfortable. She answers all of my questions with out ever making me feel like they are silly questions. She’s reassuring and kind. She takes my concerns seriously and goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable as well. If you want a doctor who truly cares go to Dr. Hall.
She sees my 4 children. She is great and friendly and my kids love her. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Very prompt.
Dr. Hall ordered unnecessary invasive test instead of starting by recommending a visit to a specialist. A general practitioner doctor should always start by referring to a specialist who knows more about a potential condition, especially when it comes to the matter of the skull & brain. We decided to take the matter into our own hands and scheduled a specialist appointment before going through with Dr. Hall’s recommenced CT scan in which my son would need to be under anesthesia. Once seen by neurosurgeon, he stated he would not start with a CT scan but wanted to do an X-ray to rule out a potential skull problem. We are so happy we felt uncomfortable with Dr. Hall’s initial plan and went to specialist first! Also, Dr. Hall did not listen to my preferences of pursuing private therapy and pushed for extra services through the state to rule out developmental delays. I did not mention any additional concerns which would warrant having my son assessed by multiple disciplines.
My kids all love Dr Hall she's been their pediatrician for 6 years she's great and the staff is always very friendly
I’m a first time mom and my baby is almost a year old now. We’ve had Dr. Hall since day 1 and she is actually a very good doctor! That’s why I’m giving a 3 and not lower. I understand doctors are busy and that’s okay. I missed one appointment though because of a wrong date I wrote down & missed my sons 9 month appointment and tried to reschedule it as soon as I realized it (got a letter in the mail). I was not able to get in again until mid September.. His birthday is the 7th of Sept. So I was like ok... well he’ll be over a year at that point and need his 1 year shots too so idk if I can do that & they said they were booked until then and that’s it basically so whatever no biggie. BUT I called again when my son had hand foot & mouth, and it didn’t seem like they really cared that I was concerned? I just wanted him to get checked asap and they were too busy too so I got a doctor’s advice & that was it.. They’re just too busy and unfortunately I’m gonna have to switch doctors. BUT we did love Dr. Hall. She’s very knowledgeable and my son LOVED her. Just wish things were different :(
She’s all Ego no Brain

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
