He is always chearful ,listens well and takes the time to explain things in laymen terms. He will come to see you if your in the hospital on his days off. Any major setbacks you may have doesn't phase him a bit , he'll have a plan to get you back and work well as a team with other DR's to work the plan. Feel lucky to have him as my DR.

People I came back to IL. as tbe standard of care is far better in IL in general compared to our last 19 yrs in Memphis. The Docs down there are generally speaking not good w/ some rare exceptions. Dr Esfani is caring smart and thorough. His job isnt easy. Im VERY glad to have him as part of my Doctors.

I am sorry for those who wrote "horrible" and I am guessing you didn't have a good prognosis and cancer is horrible. But I found Dr Esfahani to go above and beyond, and am thankful that I had (and still have) him as my oncologist, along with his nurse!
