Dr. Miller was very knowledgeable and went over my options. Kind and caring through the pre-op visit, surgery and post op visits. Yes, you may have to wait in the office but I want a doctor with a lot of experience when it comes to my eyes - at times wait is minimal.

Worst experience ever! They are incredibly rude and have no interest in helping people who need care. They should be ashamed of themselves! I’ve never experienced a clinic with such lack of empathy and unwillingness to help someone with an EMERGENT situation, at risk of going blind, in which health insurance was covered. Absolutely disgusting. Mercy was willing to get us in immediately with no questions asked. 👍 Thank god they understand how to treat patients!

Had to wait near an hour and a half to see. Was told that that is the way he sees his patients. Did not say he was apologize for running late or say anything. Telling me I need to have additional tests to determine other conditions. Telling me I have dry eyes and other conditions. I argued back with him that I don't have the symptoms he is describing. He stated that he knows best, he has 60,000 patients and not to argue with him as he knows best. Very arrogant

My new patient appt & exam in Dixon, IL put me on a conveyor belt of a production line. The patient traffic was unnerving. The staff was congenial & efficient, but I got the impression that they all felt rushed. I was NOT impressed favorably w/Dr. Miller. I was treated like a number, not a person. When I asked him what the procedure for cataract surgery was, he referred me to a staff member who was unable to answer my questions satisfactorily.
