Been dealing with an injured shoulder for awhile. Dr. Then haile has been great getting me to the point of surgery. He has been very straightforward and positive about how he can help me.

If you have a jacked up shoulder, this is your guy. Not only is he a gifted surgeon, he is considerate, compassionate and a great human. He has repaired my hubs, my mom and countless other friends. 10/10 - Side note, his care team is equally fantastic - every nurse, MA, advanced practice provider, scheduler has been lovely.

I did not wait very long at all. However, I’m not sure he provided answers. After my shoulder surgery in December my arm went numb and through PT it got better and eventually went away. At the time I was told it was related to my surgery, perhaps the bicep work that was done or other aspects of the surgery may have effected the arm. A pleasant person, easy to talk too. Went over my situation, very good exam and explained what he saw in the test results. Told me he could do surgery and what he would need to do to fix the issue. Went over what would be done on my next visit and that they would be calling me to give me a surgery date. Very happy with him… this doctor knows his stuff!!!! Everyone was very helpful

Did a phenomenal job with my shoulder/bicep surgery. Procedure went exactly to plan and his help after the surgery, along with the PT help, got me back to 100% couldn’t be happier
