After he performed surgery on my back one of the screws broke a few years later. When i went to him about the broken screw he was rude, the only thing he said was I can take the screw out but it won't do any good. I was face-to-face with him about 60 seconds then he abruptly left the room. I thought he would return to the exam room but he didn't. Just rude and uncaring.

Dr. Alexander is the best ! His attitude and personality is the best ! He explains everything in detail that you can understand. He explains the risks and benefits of your surgery. He and his staff make you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Erin his nurse is also the best. She understands that you might be nervous or uncomfortable and does her best to make you uncomfortable.

Successful surgery. Many hospital staff & Dr.s commented in what good hands I was in. He knows what he’s doing & does it very well. Nurse Erin was very good too from his office.

Dr. Alexander was great!! He had to come to the hospital on a Sunday morning to see me. Plus, his staff had to help get a second CT approved by Humana when it was first denied. His staff was very helpful during this stressful time. During his office visit he was informative and answered all our questions. He is an awesome doctor.
