I have seen Doctor Amir Khan in April. He is indeed a Great Doctor. Takes his time to explain the issue, doesn't rush, listens to you and answers any questions and concerns. Wish all Doctors would be like that.

I liked him at first, seemed to care and listen, but it all went downhill from there. Almost immediately arrived at a rather rare diagnosis and refused to budge even in the face of inconsistencies with the diagnosis. Prescribed medication my insurance would not cover, so I called every day for a week for him to get the needed paperwork done. I finally get a call back on the 7th day saying they can't be bothered and to use a GoodRx. Now, my symptoms are worsening, I called several times, and he can't be bothered to call me back, even just to say that we'll check it out at my next appointment, which I have now cancelled. I will be going to another neurologist or to the hospital, whichever comes first.

Dr. Khan prescribed me a medication that was not evidenced base for a diagnosis that turned out to be wrong. I am now permanently disabled by this medication. Studies showed no benefit from this medication, but he had told me that there were not studies and only case reports. After research I found out that this was not true.

He made a wrong diagnosis, then prescribed me with a medication for that diagnosis, and now I am permanently disabled from that medication. The prescription was not supported by the medical literature.

Dr. Kahn was extremely personable and patient. He spent a great deal of time with me analyzing all my options. He had a wonderful sense of humor and yet he’s extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend him.

I had my first seizure when I was 16 and continued to have them had a different doctor and was always in the hospital from injuries. Finally found Dr.Khan and been with him for awhile, ive been seizure free for over a year. My husband now goes to him and really likes Dr.Khan.

Love this office... Have been to other neurologist offices in past none were as friendly as this one, staff are super nice! Dr. Kahn is awesome, so upbeat, so nice. He truly cares. He makes you feel like there is hope if you struggle with pain other docs may have said there was nothing else they could do. I am so glad my pain doc referred me to him for my neuropathy and more. I used to feel depressed leaving my former neurologist docs offices. Not with this practice. I feel so happy to get there and feel like a new person when leaving. Dr. KAHN IS AWESOME!
