I've delt with more doctors in my adult life than I can recall and these quacks and the rest of the staff are by far the worst, which is a difficult thing to achieve & this is still the only negative rating I have ever left, they are that awful. The level of incompetence that these people display is astounding, they should really win an award. Waste your time if you'd like but I promise you that you will be on here within the year leaving your own 1 star rant while wishing out loud that there was a 0 star option, because 1 star is just giving them way, way too much credit. I've been going here about a year and a half now and have given their stupidity the benefit of the doubt in that we are human and everybody makes mistakes but I am done. Fast food workers are much more competent. This isn't a greasy subpar burger, it is your health so unless you dont care about that then it is best to find somewhere else to go. Bye

Zero stars if I could still waiting for a call from a dr about my results and plan. Made a phone call 3 weeks ago because No one got back to me then I called yesterday and they said the dr still hasn't looked at my message smh this is literally how they take care of medicaid patients they don't care no answer from dr nurse or medical assistant

I've been with them for 1 year and have had nothing but issues. You're not allowed to talk with your doctor because it's their policy. You have to call everyday and threaten to get the state involved in order to get a call back from a nurse. They say 1-2 days but each time has taken a week to receive a call back after the receptionist marks it as urgent everyday. If you missed their call then you must wait longer. They will also schedule you with doctors that do not work there anymore and then make you wait an additional month to see a doctor who does work there. I give -5 stars due to their negligence, lack of care and poor quality service. No mental health patient should feel the way I have with this doctors office. P.S. Dr. Jami, you've been great and I hope you find a doctors office who deserves your services.
