I had an appointment with Dr Kapoor in October 2020 but someone called to cancel the day before/day of because he wouldn't be in. They said to call back in January for another. In January I called and was blamed for not showing up. So I scheduled another at the end of March and my visit went pretty well, although they did give me the wrong address so I had to rush from one office to the other. Dr recommended medicine, but the office misinterpreted my faxed medical records for a referral. Not sure how that happens. So anyways I spend weeks with the pharmacy going back and forth for the prior auth. By the time my insurance got a chance to review it, it was already the end of May. I updated my insurance info and asked if they can try it again, but it's now been almost 2 weeks and I haven't even gotten a call back. At this point I'm just going to find a new Dr because it has all been a waste of time. The Dr is competent but his staff sucks.

I have heard such amazing things from this office and online reviews, but when I went to schedule an appointment after my consultation with Dr. Kapoor it was extremely disappointing. I would call every week to get scheduled and it would be one excuse after another from his staff with no phone call backs ever. I still haven’t been called to get scheduled and my consultation was in the beginning of May. I would be on hold for over 10 minutes every time I called with them just to say, “we’ll call you back with more information.” Extremely upsetting and would not recommend to anyone looking for help as a new patient.

Outstanding physician. Had my facial fillers and botox done. It was the best experience. Painless and the results were better than any other doc I've gone to. Absolutely recommend him.
