I have been calling for the past week trying to set up an appointment and not once has anyone answered the phone.

This review has nothing to do with Dr. Joy,but with the staff's inability to bill the insurance. Even after I gave them instruction from the insurance they were asking me to sign a form that if the WRONG insurance will not pay I'll be responsible for the bill. I have two insurances,but the office keeps billing the wrong one.

wonderful doctor. a doctor who really listens is rare. this doctor is highly intelligent, and seems to be up to date on the latest changes in the medical world. he takes a genuine interest in his patients and actually follows through. I feel lucky to have found him.
