I am posting this review on behalf of my husband Robert who seen Dr.Steinberg today (he forgot his google password) He wishes he could give Dr. Steinberg 100 stars. He said that Dr. Steinberg was the kindest, knowledgeable,and most caring Dr he has ever met. Went and seen him for an ingrown and he talked to him every step of the way. It was also nice that he took the time to see him on a Saturday when the office is normally closed. We live in Mchenry and it was well worth the drive. I wish more Dr’s were like Dr. Steinberg.

Outstanding visit extraordinary service by Dr Robert Scott Steinberg, who examined my sons sprained ankle and not only told us what didn't happen but also educated us with why's and all possibilities with their symptoms and what to think of - if and when similar thing happens in the future. Both myself and my son left his office with a great state of mind and a joy. Amazing Dr and a great person to know! I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Active Foot and Ankle. Dr. Steinberg has been so easy and excellent to work with from scheduling to diagnosis and treatment of a bad case of plantar fasciitis. The doctor recommended custom made orthotics that have proven to be extremely beneficial in healing my foot while also allowing me to stay active during the process. (golf, biking and so on) Dr. Steinberg's years of experience came through immediately during my first visit and gave me a sense of confidence in his approach and recommendation to resolve the problem and it worked!

Dr Robert Steinberg SAVED me and my quality of life as he surgically repaired a bad injury I had taken. I am so happy with the results. HE is so knowledgeable and takes care of the patients physical and emotional needs. Dr. Robert Steinberg is a doctor who believes in your FULL recovery. He works with you with Plantar Fasciitis and Bone spurs and takes a natural approach to healing which helps the patient overall. I am so glad to have him as my doctor.
