Teri is a truly gifted healer. She is able to get to the root of whatever the issue is with efficiency and compassion. NET is an underutilized strategy for addressing emotional issues causing physical pain and it is rare to find someone with advanced skills in this domain. Teri is masterful and her unique blend of common sense and intuition makes for impressive results.

I started going to Calandra Center, 8 months ago. Everything changed! The pain was less intense , anxiety almost gone, new opportunities were coming along and still are.... It is real, it does help! It takes a lot for me to write a review, but Teresa knows what she is doing! I am very grateful , I have found her!!

Teresa is AMAZING! She did NET work and acupuncture on me for allergies and pain. I never had NET work done and I was amazed how well it worked on me. I have done years of therapy work, and NET really help to bring some of my issues feel like I am emotionally at peace with them. Teresa has powerful skills and talents. I have been carrying these heavy emotions for decades and it’s been a dark cloud over my head. It’s been exhausting carrying them around and constantly being triggered by them. Doing the NET work has help me so much to put these feelings at ease. The acupuncture has equally been as powerful and helpful with my allergies and physical pain. I am so thankful for her work on me, and helping me feel better emotionally and physically. 🩷

I stumbled across CCHW while looking for a practitioner to help naturally support menstrual cycle regulation and fertility after feeling like I was not getting to the root cause of things while working solely with my OBGYN. I was blown away from my first appointment with Teri. She has such a calm and gentle demeanor and took the time to first listen and then ask me SO MANY questions, but all with purpose so she could start categorizing symptoms to come up with a treatment plan for me. I have never in my life felt more heard and cared for in an appointment like this. I have been working w her for a few months to help support other treatments from my doctor. I thought I was going in for acupuncture but what I got was so much more. She offers other Traditional Chinese medicine modalities but she also provides such a safe and calm space to relax into, something I have really needed while navigating my overall health and wellness at this phase of my life. I also appreciate how she validates what I feel at my core and motivates me to keep digging for answers and not just settle when I know things are feeling off.
