Great visit, my Dr quit for corporate decisions, new Dr great, but I'm paying for at home exercises, and I didn't get a print out and or explanation.

I have been going to Chiro one with Dr. Brett and his team for a few months now. Always super attentive and kind. I came in with "Military neck" and slight sclerosis of the spine and after a few months I am already feeling more aligned and less compressed. I had an 8 pound weight difference on the right side and now I am under a 1 pound difference. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Brett knows what he is doing, and the team is wonderful.

These folks really get it! Best mix of compassion, empathy and medical/technical know how wrapped around a team that truly cares about the whole you. I was dead set against chiropractors for years but these folks have completely returned quality of life for me and I am forever mirevtgwnbhappikh indebted to them each and collectively as a team for restoring life to my old bones. Give it a try - you have nothing to lose and everything to win. In convenient pictures downtown Palatine.

I loved my experience at this Chiro One so much earlier this year, that I came back for a Devon set of sessions. The team here cares so deeply for their patients and is invested in our wellness. Dr. Brett checks in while doing adjustments and gets to know his patients on a personal level. The support staff, namely Bernie and Kate, are so helpful and genuinely want patients to get well. I highly recommend them for chiropractic care.

The staff is really professional and friendly, I got X-rays done and went through them before my first adjustment, after I got my first adjustment I immediately felt better. Very knowledgeable and amazing service!! Thank you!!

Dr. Brett is amazing. Literally cured my shoulder pain by fixing my hips. No that is not a typo- his comprehension of how all parts of the spine and muscle groups can affect one another is not something I’ve found with other chiropractors. I love that chiro one takes X-rays and performs other exams so that they have the whole picture before touching your spine and designing a program to get you back to health.

This place is unprofessional and disappointing. It’s a scam! A friend of a friend told me he had unlicensed people working there, but yet I think they know how to do their job better than people who are licensed. The prices are ridiculous! The shock therapy machine burned my hand and I had to go get it checked out. The red light machine does not work, which is the one I initially wanted, but the doctor said I need something else. Upset !
