I have appointment scheduled for 06/23 - I've called two times to cancel the appointment as I would be outside of country and won't be needing the service. The receptionist always tells me our partner manager will call to cancel the appointment and no action has been taken yet. Not happy with the stores responses. Apparently it was found out that, the money which was taken to provide the services will not be refunded back even though the procedure is not required by the customer and enough notification was provided to cancel the service.

Best place for laser hair removal. I wish would have went here first before wasting money somewhere else. Love the staff, my results and how clean the place is!!!

The girl did a great job. The only issue I have is not being able to pick your provider. This a personal service and relationship building with the provider is important. This is the only reason I may not return. Otherwise I liked the place!

staff were nice however i experienced zero difference with xeomin. i asked if i could have a discount on more units or to try botox and they said no. waste of money unfortunately

I was a satisfied customer since 2022, I had received laser hair removal at the Atlanta Buckhead location for 3 years and was pleased with the service I had received. I relocated to IL for work and switched to the Schaumburg location for touch ups. The service here has been okay but my issue is the astronomical price increase for laser touch ups from $70 a visit to $200. I really hate that I went with Ideal Image, other companies offer free touch ups for life. Again the service is okay but the price increase is pure greed. I am going to look elsewhere for more reasonable services.

Ari, one of the nurses that administers treatments is phenomenal. This was my first time at Ideal Image and my experience was easy and stress free. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and will be going back.

I love love love going here. I have been going here Now for about a year and a half, and I am going to continue to go. The staff is very professional. The service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Front desk women are not the friendliest and they don’t smile but the lady who did my treatment was awesome. The place is nice looking also.

I’ve personally worked with a couple injectors but Brandy has definitely been my favorite. Feel like she really took her time to understand my face the first time I went with her and now it’s just following that map she created. Definitely recommend.
