Had and appointment with Sarah M. yesterday for and ear clogging. She was very helpful and listened to my issue I had been having over the last month. She asked the surgeon Dr. Justin Wittkopf to stop in the see me. They do not do anything with ears, but Dr. Wittkopf talked about my issues and and what he thought I need to have done. He was going to have an ENT that could handle my issue reach out to me to help me with my ear clogging and Estuation Tube disorder. I hope to hear from the ENT Dr, Wittkopf was going to talk with soon. Everyone at this location seem to really care about getting help to people in need. Would recommend to people with nose issues.

1. I never met the dr- his staff does all of the work and But he bills as if he saw the patient. 2. His staff said they were in network with Cigna.... and they aren’t. They are “negotiating” with cigna. 3. They insisted that the only place I could get a CT scan was at their office- Because they use proprietary software. (That’s a line of nonsense- they just want the extra opportunity to collect revenue). Fraud. All the way around.

I had this operation back in 2015. Have had no problems since. Very professional, gentle doctor. I am 54 years old and a nervous man. I am comfortable with him cleaning ear. I would refer anyone to Dr. Wittkopf.

He is very enthusiastic and is a good listener. If you have concerns he will check it out fully even if he doesn't share your concerns. He trusts his patients to understand their own body and what doesn't feel right. His is okay with you seeing another doctor in the practice. I felt I needed to see someone right away and he couldn't. I really think this is great, not all doctors are comfortable with this.

He knows his patients and expresses his diagnosis in understandable terms. I had surgery 3 years ago and need to follow up each year with him. And each time I return he remembers me and my very touchy surgery. He is the best in the business.

I was there for 20 minutes, saw the Dr. less than 10 minutes out of the entire appointment and was charged over $2,400 for surgery(scope up my nose for 10 seconds) allergy testing($1,600) and was never informed of these charges prior. The Dr was nice prescribes some nasal sprays but really never helped my sinus issue at all...$2,400 later. Ask about charges prior as they will charge away if you dont.

Dr. Wittkopf is an amazing doctor and really takes time to listen to me. He is also very funny and keeps things lively which I love about him. He explains everything to me that I need to know and allows me to ask questions if I have any. Dr. Wittkopf is a doctor who I would recommend for a person who needs an ENT.
