I cannot say enough great things about Horizon Med Spa and Karen! I’ve struggled with severe acne scars (boxcar and rolling scars) for over 10 years, and after just two Opus Plasma laser treatments over the past two months, I’ve already seen an incredible 30-40% improvement. Over the past 5-7 years, I have tried every treatment under the sun—microdermabrasion, microneedling, microneedling with PRP, and pixel laser, only to be left disappointed and dissatisfied. Nothing seemed to make a real difference, and I was starting to lose hope. Karen completely changed that for me! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She took the time to assess my skin, explain the process thoroughly, and ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. The treatment itself was quick, with minimal downtime, and the results have been 100% worth it. My skin is smoother, more even, and I finally feel hopeful about my acne scars for the first time in years!
