The office is very bad. Do not respond back to messages even after multiple requests. I've attempted to call and resolve my issue, but just say they will get back to me.

Dr. Osten is an incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and patient doctor. He does not rush you through your appointment, in fact I sometimes feel bad I have taken up so much of his time asking questions, but he responds to all of them with an excellent attitude. The staff is great, my two last appointments - wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Osten is a 5 star doctor for sure!

No response from Doctor regarding a serious medical event. Had to hound the nurses on what to do. After all what the nurses drummed up, there solution was to go see another Doctor. Basically you are on your own.Nice guy and friendly but stay away from anything that has the word AMITA in it.

I went to this doctor for 20 years and nothing has changed I still in same position as I was when I started seeing him plus ha kept telling me to to pain management and he didn’t even help me find one

He's very kind and professional,he relates to people very well,his discipline and intelligence gives you a sense of importance and positive concern toward the priority of our health.His plan of individualized treatment is very encouraging and gives you a sense of peace and well being .He's a great example and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend this man as a physician.Thankyou Joseph Star.

Dr. Osten has been my primary care Dr. for 20+ years. He is a great doctor! Really listens to you, is empathetic, compassionate and allows you to have a say in what you may or may not be comfortable with and tailors options and treatments to best treat you. His staff is also amazing and they always are very responsive and accessible. I moved away from his area 17 years ago and still drive over 30 minutes to see him, rather than multiple doctors who are less than 5 minutes away. He's the best!!
