. I took my son for a physical. The Doctor and staff was friendly and efficient.

I wish this could be a good review considering this facility is one of the closest for me and one that accepts my insurance however, I waited for 2 hours in the waiting room then another 40 min in the office. I was diagnosed with a UTI and put on medication. I received a call two days later that I needed to be on a different type of medication for the type of UTI I have / the new medication was never called into my pharmacy giving way to the bacteria to continue to grow. Finally I did get on and finished the new meds but was still having painful symptoms. Called the PA at immediate care only to be told I needed to come in once again, wait in the waiting room (because they have no available appointments ) I was also told they couldn’t get a good read on a new culture with in 24 - 36 hours after finishing the medication. So why exactly do they want me to come in? I’m calling my doctor first thing in the morning, they were the ones who originally recommended I go to this facility. I will keep you posted as to what her response is to this complete debacle and complete disregard for my health and wellness. Had a great experience when I went in for a covid/flu test. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I'd definitely go out of my way to go to this one again.

Clean facility with nice people and you can wait in your car. Walk in wait takes a really long time especially with a 2-year-old with an ear infection but at least they got him in unlike his pediatrician.

First time I visited this clinic and was impressed by the customer service displayed by the staff. Lobby and the patients room were clean and Dr. Gary Guerts was amazing. Would highly recommend this site.

Doc was nice, but I spent $50 to get told to buy otc meds and they aren’t helping me feel any better. First time I ever visit the doc and don’t get prescribed something to help me go to work and not feel like my head weighs 509lbs while shivering cold. Just covid and strep test and “go buy some Aleve”.

I received very professional care and I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy shown to me I had what I thought was an appropriate wait. The facility is very clean and waiting room comfortable.

Staffs were kind and doctor was very caring. Although, it will be much better if they have more than one provider doctor working. I went to one location near by my home and wait was 2.5 hrs.
