I’ve been coming to Dr. Prasant Singri for 6+ years as he does my skin cancer checks. This year I came in and had a bunch of strawberry spots removed from my face and neck. Dr. Singri did a phenomenal job not only removing them but recommending the best salve for after care. After 2 months of healing, I can go bare skin with no makeup and have no trace or scars left behind. You wouldn’t even know I had these spots to begin with! I also came in this year for the free cosmetic skin consultation under Dr. Nimisha Singri. She was very friendly and took a personal approach to educating me on my overall skin care and certain procedures she could perform to my needs. Office staff is always professional and prompt in taking care of your every need. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. P. Singri is very knowledgeable and he stays current on technological and treatment advancements in his practice. I must add they DO NOT pressure you to do any procedures or purchase products! Billing is moderately priced and insurance billing is always done correctly and seamlessly! They are truly concerned about your well being though and that you feel good about your skin! Dr Singri diagnosed my melanoma 10 years ago and recommended an oncologist. The surgery was successful and I saw Dr Singri for follow-ups for 5 years. He was always knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything. I truly do not understand all of the negative reviews.

I visited Dr. Prashant on Feb 07, 2022 and I can say it was not a nice experience. I have respect for all health professionals and I really appreciate what they are doing during this pandemic time. But this doctor needs to learn to respect people and he needs to learn how to behave with people. I explained him my preexisting condition and he didn’t seem to even care to listen completely. I had to drive 40 mins from my work and he talked to me barely for 5 mins in which 4 mins he was typing in the computer. I understand doctors have to type while patient is explaining their problem but you can say the way-a person shows his attitude towards you. Maintaining an eye contact with a patient actually shows how much you are interested in talking to him/her. They make sure before appointment that all patients are vaccinated and that is how it should be.I was told to take off my mask and on the half way I was told to put it back. I don’t think Covid should always come as an excuse. I wanted to show him some previous pictures of my face so that he can do the assessment but he didn’t want to look at it. No picture of face was taken to for pre and post evaluations (which is a common practice for dermatologist), no explanation on the root cause, no interest to listen to the patient and overall his rude behavior really shocked me during the visit. I wonder how a doctor can have so much lack of empathy and still be in this noble profession. Won’t visit him again and definitely not gonna recommend anyone. May be he will try to remove my review but I felt a moral obligation to let people know what I personally experienced.

Had a horrible experience. The doctor is rude and very unprofessional. He is neither willing to listen to the patient nor is he interested to explain the patient about the assessment of the disease. No respect for patient and worst bedside manner.

My daughter had an appointment with this man for a skin condition. She was not given a gown and he did not leave the room when he asked her to show him the spots. She uncomfortably undressed while he sat in a chair There was no nurse in the room. He then proceeded to tell her she had a weight problem. He should be reported.

On my initial appointment, I had a few questions which the staff did not answer as "they had other patients after me". I guess they don't allow time for conversation. Doctor was ok -- seemed in a hurry but when I pressed to get answers that staff didn't answer, he answered them. Always get voice mail when I call -- terrible phone system and response time is poor. Receptionist and appointment maker were pleasant. Billing people are terrible. Everyone was way too busy -- felt like a cattle drive. Not impressed.

Dr. Prashant Singri is rude, arrogant, condescending and has no empathy. He was not interested in helping me and the only answer he had for all of my questions was “ it’s your age”. I will never go back to him again.

Dr. Prashant Singri is the most rude, arrogant, intimidating and condescending doctor I have ever met. He rushed me and was not interested in listening to my questions or to help me. I seriously doubt his competency and will not go back to him again. I think he hides his incompetency behind his awful behavior.
